Justin and Erinn Schaap are a Midwest-based creative duo with a shared passion for creative ministry. With a combined 32+ years of vocational ministry experience, they believe the local church is the hope of the world and have dedicated their lives to serving it with excellence.
From worship and production/technology to communications and creative strategy, Justin and Erinn bring both depth and versatility to every project. Whether you’re building something from the ground up or refining what already exists, they partner with churches and organizations to create thoughtful, effective solutions that serve the mission well.
Justin Schaap
Justin is a pastor at heart and a strategic creative leader by trade. A skilled multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, and recording/mix engineer, he has spent years building and leading creative teams while producing over a dozen albums. Known for his ability to develop people and teams, Justin currently serves as Production Pastor at Engedi Church in West Michigan.
Erinn is a warm, genuine creative with a deep love for people and the local church. She is a proud adoptive mother and a pastor’s wife whose life and work are rooted in faith and creativity. With professional experience at organizations such as Target Corporate and Whirlpool, Erinn brings a high level of excellence to everything she does.
With a background in communications at high level organizations like Whirlpool and Target, she specializes in interior design for both residential and commercial spaces and is also a skilled, tasteful graphic designer. Erinn’s passion is helping churches and organizations create environments and visuals that feel intentional, welcoming, and life-giving.

The Schaap family is a Midwest-based family deeply committed to Jesus and the local church. Justin and Erinn adopted their daughter, Jemma, in 2017, and now call West Michigan home. As a family, they share a love for travel and music, and are passionate about seeing people far from Jesus find new life and relationship in Him.
